We offer the above delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full.

We ship 5 days a week Monday - Friday, we DO NOT ship on the weekends, please do not consider Saturday or Sunday as shipping days based on the above time scales.

PACKAGING: Your privacy is really important to us, and, with our discreet packaging, you can be totally confident about shopping with us. All our parcels come in discreet plain black mailing bags with no branding to ensure complete privacy.

TRACKING: Please note on Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour option, Royal Mail DO NOT display tracking information until there has been an attempt on delivery. So you will not see tracking information or journey details of your order. Only when an attempt of delivery has been made.


CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY OPTION

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.
All available items are in stock for dispatch on the same working day if ordered before 1pm (UK time).


WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?

If you are out when the parcel arrives a ‘Something for you' (also known as a P739) card will left in the event that we are unable to complete delivery, with the mail subsequently being brought back to your local Delivery Office to allow collection or re delivery on a more suitable date. As part of our security policy it is not possible to collect mail without both identification matching the name shown on the item & the 'something for you card' itself.


WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?

If your delivery is more than 10 working days overdue, please contact us at Info@eluraparis.com. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.


SHIPPING OPTIONS:

UK ROYAL 24 HOUR DELIVERY
This service delivered the next day using Royal Mail 24 hour post service. If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed during the week after 1pm are dispatched the next day for example - order placed Monday 4pm, will be dispatched on Tuesday with delivery on Wednesday.

UK ROYAL MAIL 48 - 2/3 Day Delivery
This is a tracked service and delivered within 3 working days after being dispatched. Orders need to be placed before 1pm. This service is valid on orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. Royal Mail 48 orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be shipped that day and delivered on Monday orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed during the week after 12 mid day are dispatched the next day for example - order placed Monday 2pm, will be dispatched on Tuesday with delivery on Friday.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND STANDARD 2/3 DAY DELIVERY:
All Republic of Ireland orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm using An Post standard delivery and will be delivered within 2/3 working days. If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for estimated delivery on Thursday.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY
All European deliveries will be shipping using Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. European orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

USA DELIVERY
All USA deliveries will be shipping using Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. USA orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY:
All ‘Rest of World’ orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International. Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. ‘Rest of World’ orders will be delivered within 10-14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE – Rest of World orders may be subject to import tax. Please check your country's import charges before placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE - Our Delivery time scale is based on Monday - Friday we don't include weekends as a working day.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
